Issue with automated device alerts

On Friday, April 25th, we discovered a failure in one of our subsystems that processes automated alerts for devices. If you had an operational alert set up for some of your QuantAQ devices, you may not have received an automated email regarding uptime/downtime during the period of Wednesday, April 22nd, to Friday, April 24th.

When the failure was corrected, automated emails, including duplicate emails, may have gone out. We apologize for the inconvenience.
