Temporary Device Data Outage

At 2:30 PM ET on July 31st, 2024, QuantAQ’s upstream connectivity vendor had a major event processing outage, affecting all customers. The outage was immediately identified and quickly resolved by the vendor, with full event connectivity restored 15 minutes later at 2:45 PM ET.

At this time, it is unclear if any device data is recoverable from this outage period. QuantAQ Customers should expect to be missing between 10-20 minutes of device data from several minutes prior to 2:30 PM ET on July 31st 2024 to 2:45 PM ET at the latest.

We will continue to follow up with our upstream vendor’s Root Cause Analysis and Remediation for this incident, and will update this incident report if any data can be recovered from the period.
