Last night and this morning (May 19th-20th, 2026), we experienced an issue with the underlying infrastructure in the NYC3 region, which affected our ability to process incoming data. Data was enqueued and has been processed. It is possible that device alerts were sent out to notify customers that devices were offline, whereas the data was likely only delayed in being processed.
